AATCC publishes standardized textile test methods covering areas such as colorfastness to crocking, perspiration, light, and fiber analysis.
For the United States, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission identifies specific flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, including 16 CFR Part 1615 for sizes 0 through 6X and Part 1616 for sizes 7 through 14.
